1. Orders may be phoned in or faxed, and must include product name, quantity and purchase order number ( if necessary).

2. Bulk plasma is available in bags or bottles. All aliquotted plasmas are furnished in polypropylene vials. Samples are avilable upon request.

3. Shipping will be by Federal Express Priority Overnight service. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice or billed to recipient's courier account number.

4. Handling charges of $35.00 will be added to each order if shipped within the U.S. All shipments going outside of the U.S. will be charged $60.00. All shipments will be on dry ice in styrofoam-lined containers.

5. Terms are Net 30days from the invoice date.
